Refund and Return Policy

At Flashcart, our primary goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below for returns and refunds.
1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have exactly 7 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, and free from any dirt, dust, or damage.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

You must be able to provide the receipt or valid proof of purchase (Order ID).
Non-returnable items:

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Items bought on clearance or final sale.

Hygiene-sensitive items (such as certain kitchen gadgets or personal care items) once opened.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
For all electronics, car accessories, and kitchen gadgets, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package. If you claim that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, an unboxing video is required as proof to process your replacement or refund efficiently.
4. Return Process & Shipping Costs
To initiate a return, please contact us at help.flashcart@gmail.com with your Order ID, the reason for return, and any supporting images or videos.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference (Buyer's Remorse): If you are returning the item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
